You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as you have completed your booking.

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I know my booking has been cancelled?

How can I modify my reservation?
If you need to change guest number, a number of rooms, arrival dates and other details, please click on the ‘modify reservation’ link on your confirmation email. You can also contact us through our email {email address} or call {phone number}.

Is your reception open {hours} a day?
No, reception is open from {time} until {time} everyday. However, we do have night security who may let you in if needed.

Can airport shuttles be arranged?
Yes, we have a small shuttle bus that can take you to the airport. You can reserve your seat on our website.

Are the hotel facilities exclusive to guests?
Yes, all our facilities can only be accessed if you are a registered guest with the exception of our restaurant.

Is the hotel pet friendly?
At the moment our hotel is not allowing pets of any kind. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Can {hotel name} provide a cot or crib for my children to use?

Do you offer accessible rooms and facilities?
Yes, some of our rooms are specifically designed for easy access and most of the common areas are designed to be accessible.

Do we share the villa with other guests?
No, if you rent a villa you will be the only person with a key for it.

Is smoking allowed at the villa?
You can’t smoke inside the villa. However, you are allowed to smoke in the garden area or the balcony if your villa has one.

Is food included in the rental of villas?
Partly, we offer a continental breakfast for every day you stay. You can cook your own meals for the rest of the day. There are plenty of food shops around the area. You may request a cook for the length of your stay and get your food purchased for you. Please check these add-ons on the following link {link}.

Is the water from the tap safe to drink?
Yes, all of the water in our cistern is filtered. We have never had an issue with the water available on tap, however, you may purchase bottled water from the shop in our facilities or elsewhere if you are wary of the water quality.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, we have air conditioning in every room in the villa. If you don’t like air conditioning we can offer fans instead to help you cool off.

Are the cleaning services included with the villa?
Yes, the villa is cleaned every day by a specialised team. We will make sure to take all the trash out as well. If you are worried about your valuable items, feel free to use the safety deposit box.

Is WIFI available in the Villa?
Yes, internet connection is complimentary with every villa. We will provide you with a password upon check-in.

Is there car parking available?
Yes, we have a parking lot on the right side of the hotel. Please let reception know if you plan to park your car here as soon as you arrive.

Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we can offer a breakfast buffet for an incredible price. You may pay for this service on your arrival.

Is the food offered vegan friendly?
Yes, most of our dishes are vegan/vegetarian. However, it is possible to find a wide array of restaurants in the area surrounding the retreat.

Do you offer babysitting services?
Yes, we provide babysitting for you. Make sure you book this service before your arrival, please contact us on our email {email address} or call {phone number}.

I’m new to yoga, can I start in this retreat?
Yes! We welcome everyone to start with us. We offer beginner courses and you can choose the class you like the most or feel most comfortable with.

What is the minimum age to attend the yoga class?
The minimum age is 18 years. All of our teachers have qualifications, however, we do not offer classes for children.

Do I need special equipment to attend the class?
We recommend you attend with comfortable and breathable clothing. If you have a mat do bring it, otherwise, we can offer one. Bring a sweat towel, you may end up sweating quite a bit during practice. Bring your own bottle of water.

Can I attend {surf camp name} if I have never surfed?
Yes! Many of your clients have never surfed before. We have surf groups that range from beginners to advanced surfers. If you can swim, you can join our surf camp!

Can I join the surf camp on my own?
Of course! One of the most beautiful things about our camp is how close you will become to other guests. Come make new friends!

What is needed for the surf camp?
We advise you to bring a sleeping bag, sunscreen, flip flops, a swimming costume and a towel. Bring any toiletries you may require and anything beach related!

Can I use the surf equipment at any time?
Yes, you can borrow our surf equipment after your lessons. You may have a look at what we have in our warehouse on our website.

If I can already surf, should I join the lessons?
Yes, we recommend you always attend any of the lessons available for your level of surfing skills. There is always room for improvement!

Should I bring my own equipment to the surf camp?
Yes! You should learn and improve your skills using your own board if you have one. We will make sure that what you have is appropriate for your skill level, weight and height. If we notice your own equipment isn’t helping you progress, we can provide boards from 5’6 to 9’.

What type of food is available?
Our daily menu aims to be as balanced as possible, You will enjoy a breakfast buffet with a variety of fruits, fresh bread and eggs.
For dinner, we offer a variety of international dishes, with many vegan/vegetarian options. At some point during the week, we will provide a meal with fresh seafood.

How far away is the beach from the retreat?
The nearest beach to the resort is {No.} minutes away. You can reach any of the more secluded beaches in less than {No.} minutes.

Are there bugs and mosquitoes?
There are very few mosquitoes on the property. We do recommend you bring mosquito repellent to avoid bites during our planned expeditions.

Do I need my own travel insurance?
Yes, in order to stay at our retreat it is mandatory to have travel insurance. We recommend checking with your credit card provider to find an insurance deal.
